Our Communities

We are blessed to offer a wide range of spiritual, educational and cultural programs at our parish that support individuals and families in every stage of life.

Centered on Christ and rooted in the life of the Orthodox Church, these ministries provide opportunities for worship, learning, fellowship and service, helping us grow together as one body in faith and community.

We warmly invite all parishioners and friends to participate in the programs below and become active members of our parish family.

Sunday School

Sunday School is held every Sunday immediately after Holy Communion for children and youth aged 4 to 18, offering age-appropriate lessons in faith, Scripture and Orthodox tradition. All children are invited to sit in the front two pews on the right side of the church during the Divine Liturgy. We warmly encourage all families to have their children participate and grow in their understanding and love of Christ and His Church. Sunday School usually starts at the beginning of March and ends in late November.

Altar Boys

Serving in the altar is a special blessing and an opportunity for boys of our parish to participate more closely in the Divine Liturgy and other sacred services. Altar servers assist the priest and deacon in the sanctuary, helping with candles, processions and other liturgical responsibilities in a spirit of reverence and devotion. Through this ministry, they learn discipline, teamwork and the joy of serving God and His Church. Boys interested in joining are invited to speak with Fr Constantine.

Orthodox Cafe - Teen & Youth Fellowship

Our Youth & Teen Fellowship welcomes young people to grow together in faith, friendship and service. The group meets every second Friday evening for Christ-centred discussions, activities and fellowship. Through prayer, learning and shared experiences, our youth strengthen their relationship with Christ, build lasting friendships within the Church community and learn to live their Orthodox faith with joy and purpose. In 2026 we start 27th of February at 7pm in the Hall.

Orthodox Cafe - Adult Fellowship

The Orthodox Cafe is our parish’s fellowship group, open to all ages and dedicated to nurturing faith, friendship and spiritual growth. The group meets on most Sundays after the Divine Liturgy starting 15th of February 2026. Also, after Pascha the adult café fellowship meets every second Friday evening for English Services, Bible studies, discussions and fellowship gatherings in conjunction with the Youth group above. Through open conversation and reflection on Scripture, the Orthodox Cafe seeks to bring the Orthodox faith into everyday life, supporting participants in deepening their relationship with Christ and living their faith in the world.

Byzantine Music Lessons

Byzantine Music lessons are held on Friday afternoons from 5.30pm and are open to participants of all ages who wish to grow in their understanding and love of the sacred music of the Orthodox Church. Guided by experienced chanters, students learn the modes, notation and liturgical hymns that have uplifted the faithful for centuries. Through this beautiful tradition of Orthodox hymnography, participants deepen their connection to worship and are given the opportunity to glorify God through sacred chant.

Playgroup Little Lambs

Playgroup meets every Thursday during school term from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the Church Hall, and is run by the Greek Welfare Centre. It offers a relaxed and friendly space for young children and their parents, grandparents and carers. Children enjoy a variety of stimulating activities as they are introduced to the Greek language and traditions while also supporting social connection for parents and carers. New families are always welcome.

Seniors Group

The Seniors Group gathers every Tuesday, beginning with the Paraklesis (Supplication) to the Mother of God in the church at 9:30am, offering a time of prayer, reflection and spiritual nourishment. Following the service, members meet in the Church Hall for fellowship activities coordinated by the Greek Welfare Centre. The group provides a warm and supportive environment for seniors to share friendship, community and encouragement. All are welcome to join us.
